typo fixed

Locations partially in a different sequence still don't work well. 
Some descriptions with offending special characters are not
backslashed correctly, and break the mysql insert statement.  If
loading a large database in its entirety, and are therefore likely to
encounter one of these crazy entries, use the safe option for loading
them into the database
