  XSL Stylesheets

XSL stylesheets are documents that, when processed with an xslt transformation engine, can turn one form of markup (xml or html) into another.  This is useful for piping xml documents from one version of a dtd to another.  It also can be used for publishing an xml document as xml and transferring between analogous xml's.  I forsee this being a very active area of bioxml as dtds are revised and competing xmls arise.

game_1 to bx-game  - This is used to transfer between the original version of game  and the current  bx-game:game  dtd.  The drosophila genome is currently available in game 1.001 form.

bx-game to dasgff.xsl- Transforms bx-game:game  documents to Das GFF  xml.
